SHIPPING

We ship across Poland and the European Union.

• Poland: free shipping
• Europe: 25 PLN flat rate
• Delivery time: 2–4 business days

Orders are dispatched from Gdańsk, Poland. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch.

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If it arrives damaged, you may ask the courier to record a damage report. A VAT invoice is included with every order.

If you're not home at delivery, the courier will leave a notice or attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll contact you by email or phone to arrange a new delivery and confirm any associated cost.
